1000 women were nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize in 2005! An exhibition of the women from South Asia of these thousand women and photographs of a selected number of the Indian women has been put up at the Academic Research Centre (opposite Khalsa College) in Delhi University by the Kriti team. The exhibition is possible due to the support of Sangat and PeaceWomen across the Globe.
The exhibition will be up from 13th to 18th March 2008 and is open for all to view. Please ask the reception or Manjeet Bhatia at the Women's Studies Refresher course for the exhibition guide and peace women badge if you want one for yourself.
At the closing on 18th, there will be a book cum film and organic products stall put up by the Kriti team! Do visit!
