After two lectures on 14th (Women, Employment, Business and Property) and 21st Jan (Women and Security), ELSA (alumna association of LSR) presents the third in the series:

Women and Custody
Wednesday, January 28, 2009
7-9 PM, Gulmohar, India Habitat Centre, Lodi Road, New Delhi.

The law on custody will be expounded with emphasis on the role and rights of the mother and other women relatives.

Speakers:

Justice Gita Mittal
Judge, High Court of Delhi, Former Senior Arguing Counsel for the Union of India and the DDA at the Delhi High Court.

Justice Sanjeev Khanna
Additional Judge, High Court of Delhi, Former Senior Standing Counsel for the Income Tax Department, Union of India and for the National Capital Territory of Delhi at the Delhi High Court.

All lectures will be followed by discussion. All are invited.
