March 2010 is the women's day month and Kriti team has some interesting programmes planned...to start with, this ballet in association with two other women's organisations; an exhibition of photographs through the month; a film screening on women and climate change on 8th march; documentaries on women's rights issues and creative movement workshops for women.

An Asmita Presentation, 'Peace on Earth' is a bharatnatyam ballet brought to Delhi by Jagori, Kriti team and Sangat, to mark the beginning of the Women's Day month!
Written and directed by Vasanth Kannabiran
performed by Rajeshwari Sainath and troupe.
There will also be a felicitation ceremony to honour the work of Gabriele Dietrich, Rinchen Khando Choegyal, Jameela Nishat & Uma Chakravarty, courageous women who have challenged religion and patriarchy.
