The Kriti Film Club has been organising annual film screenings and festivals to mark World Environment Day (WED) annually in New Delhi, other cities and Online for 18 years. While the film festival begins in June, other editions are held through the year with selected packaged and based on local collaborations.

The ecoReels Film Festival is held as part of a larger ecoFestival aimed at creating greater awareness, interest and actions to protect the environment; mitigate climate change, build climate resilience; and adopt sustainability in everyday citizen actions. Film screenings, recycling/ upcycling workshops, ecoHaat of handmade and sustainable products, exhibitions, performances on environment themes, etc. make this a must-attend festival every summer for young and old people.
